Next Cheese Class: Red, White, and American Blues

Join us as we learn about some of the greatest American cheeses, our American Blues. We will learn about how blue cheese is made, what makes American blues so stellar (lots of raw milk, folks!), and learn what pairs best with this style.

We will taste 10 American blue cheeses and pair them with 2 blue-friendly wines.

Taught by Cheesetique owner, Jill Erber, the class will last about an hour. Tickets are $35 per person.
