    I was intrigued by the baked lemon ricotta – what are your suggestions for preparation as a “dessert”?

      So sorry for the late response! For the Baked Lemon Ricotta, less is more. I simply slice thick and serve with fresh whipped cream and blueberries. It’s sublime! -Jill
