New Cheese Class: Sheep’s Milk Cheeses

Join us as we travel the world tasting everything sheep, from soft to firm, from stinky to blue. You will learn what makes sheep's milk so darn nutritious and delicious while sampling TEN of the world's finest sheep's milk cheeses and TWO sheep-friendly wines.
Taught by "Cheese Lady" Jill Erber, the class will last about an hour and tickets are $35 per person. Available dates are: January 16, 17 or 23, all at 7:00 PM.
