To celebrate Cheesetique's American Cheese Fest, join us for a class focused entirely on American artisan cheeses, taught by Cheesetique's owner, Jill Erber.
At this exclusive event, you will learn about the the history of American cheesemaking—and which cheesemakers are making their mark today. Of course, you will eat and drink their fine creations (8 cheeses, 3 wines, various accompaniments). So come hungry!

Session #2: Sunday, June 30, 6:00-7:30pm (Del Ray)
