To celebrate Cheesetique's Mozzarella Fest, join us for a class focused entirely on pasta filata or stretch-curd cheeses, taught by Cheesetique's owner, Jill Erber. 

At this exclusive event, you will learn about the the history of stretch-curd cheese and the pasta filata process. Of course, you will eat and drink (8 cheeses, 2 wines, various accompaniments). So come hungry! We will taste and compare the classic cow-milk Mozzarella, Mozzarella di Bufala, Burrata, Provolone, and four surprises.
